very bad support
I bought 4 smartphones by efox-shop. 3 ZUK Z1 telephones and 1 LeEco Max 2 I had troubles with one of the chargers from Z1 after approximately 1 month after buy. After many requests to the site to replace defect charge I got the answer that they could give me 5€ coupon for the next buy. It isn't a valide replacement action from my point of view 2 Weeks ago I bought LeEco Max 2 from efox-shop and it was definitelly last order from this site. This smartphone came with an UK-charger. I'm living in Germany and we have standard EU-plugs here, they are pretty different from UK ones. I have got an EU adapter as well, but the whole combination adapter-charger is monstrously BIG. I tried to contact efox-shop support to clearify this order, but their support email was not reachable... Definitely my last order by efox-shop
