We booked online with Odyssey Tours for a 3 week private tour of Thailand, Laos and Cambodia.
We booked online with Odyssey Tours for a private tour of Thailand, Laos and Cambodia. Our travel consultant was Bryant Yang and I was so impressed with his professionalism, knowledge and quickness to respond to my emails even though I was in the US and he was in China. He suggested many places to visit that I would not have known about and his choice of hotels was great---we did upgrade to luxury hotels and it was well worth the expense. I researched and found amazing hotels that Bryant booked for us as well. Our tour was fabulous---the places we visited, the hotels, the guides and the drivers were fantastic. The guides were very knowledgeable and really gave us a very informative time in each of the countries we visited. I would highly recommend using Odyssey Tours---if there was a small glitch---I would email Bryant and immediately he was on it to correct whatever needed to be done. Very professional tour company to travel with.

In searching online for a travel …
In searching online for a travel company that planned private tours---I found 3 companies that I contacted. Odyssey Tours responded back to me immediately within 24 hours---as I am in the US--with the huge time difference. My luck was to get a response from Bryant Yang from Odyssey Tours. He immediately put together a perfect itinerary for our private 19 day Thailand, Laos and Cambodia (Angkor Wat) trip. I did research on hotels and requested a few changes which Bryant immediately took care of. It was wonderful how quickly Bryant responded and how professional he has been to work with. AS we just signed up for the trip and put our deposit---I still do not know if there is availability at all of the hotels we are hoping to stay at---that will come hopefully on Monday. We look forward to a great upcoming trip and hope that all the connections and reservations will work out. As far as the planning and organizing of the trip, Bryant has been exceptional to work with so far.
