order not arrived and they refuse to refund
i ordered on1st july and they shipped at 4th july even my whole items are 24h shipping than i wanted things to arrive and nothing arrived on 1st august i wrote them about my order they asked me to wait 15 days if nothing happens they will refund i said ok waited another 15 days and nothing arrived so i wrote them again and now they are making the process slower they are offering 7 dollar %15 compensation and not refunding and they said if you want you can escalate a claim on paypal that will only make the process slower thats all they are not refunding my money and not keeping their words
