Allison Chiang - travel consultant at Indochinaodysseytours
We have been looking at several travel agent companies to arrange a bespoke itinerary for a trip for 2 families to Vietnam in December. We could not have asked for a better travel consultant than Allison Chiang at Indochinaodysseytours. Her first email reply to us gave us absolute confidence that we were in good hands. Her replies were prompt, informative, efficient and highly professional. She revised and updated our itinerary every time we made a different request, and her suggestions and advice has helped us to make informed decisions. We appreciate the communication that Allison continues to provide for our upcoming trip, and have already started to enjoy our travel even though it's a few months away. Peace of mind that your travel abroad will be well organised and of a high standard depends on whether your travel consultant has interpreted your brief well. This makes all the difference when choosing a travel agency. We highly recommend Allison as a travel consultant if you're booking with Indochinaodysseytours.
