Really upset and disappointed, keep away from TP LINK
My device stopped working very rapidly. Confident of the 3 year guarantee, I contacted TP Link. The individual who helped me (from the Philippines) was really lovely but, one month on, I have had to jump through numerous repetitive hoops to get a replacement and am now told that I have to return the defective item at my own cost before a replacement can be sent. If I send it with any security it will cost half of the price of a replacement. If I send it without added security we all know what will happen. Deeply disappointed. I believed this was a reputable company. Recommended by reliable industry sources. Who can we trust any more. Do not buy from TP Link, or at least, expect the guarantee to count for nothing.
