None existing customer support. I bought a brand new Niu escooter with a faulty power button. I emailed the support and received a ready made copy-paste message with no connection to the actual problem. Still waiting for a response and a fix for my problem. They claim 2 year manufacturer warrant but in reality it’s zero days of warranty. I would never buy a product from Niu again.
