Poor dispatch times
Poor dispatch times , I paid for shipping 27 th November and it showed items parcelled up , however despite numerous communication it wasn’t sent until the 18 th December . This means it won’t arrive before Christmas despite ordering in advance . Keep getting told the same thing , they are not able to control shipping times . YES but they can send earlier , and not change the dates as and when .
