Transportation problem
This was overall the worst experience I had over with Golfsavers for the past few years. In arranging the booking, I found the customer services were not as smart as before. The transportation to golf courses was overcharged. No matter the distance is 1.5 hrs or 20 mins or 10 mins drive, they charged the same. We waited at the airport for almost one hour for the pick up to Hua Hin. It was 1 Jan and the airport was not busy. Despite we had given the full address to Golfsavers before and also showed the address and goggle map to the driver, he took us to the wrong hotel. This costed us almost 2 hours late to arrive at the hotel.
