Horrible Return Policy & Bad Customer Service
I read the return policy, or at least the beginning where it says return within 30days. However, that is not the case. They will not refund because they claim they are “made to measure” when I picked preselected sizes. The color was off, also. I picked a yellow they are tan to a light brown color, and will not exchange for color variation. I read through peoples comments and it sounds like we are all told the same thing. Unless you absolutely love one of their products and can not live without it, I would shop somewhere else. Horrible customer service.
