ZOTAC

100% unreliable

Of 3 Zotac Zbox mini PC's, I have had a 100% failure rate. The warranty is laughable. To get an RMA you must jump through a lot of hoops, no doubt to discourage warranty claims. I wasted $45 in shipping to send in my latest dud machine for warranty. The replacement Zotac sent had exactly the same fault as the unit I sent in, booting up only in BIOS menu mode, and refusing to exit therefrom. Opening the package, one of the cover thumbscrews was missing, an indication of their "quality control". No wonder Staples is clearing this junk out at $159! The Email notifying me Zotac had shipped the replacement included an "in case of problems contact us" clickable reference, when I did I got "Error 404 URL not found"! Beware these scammers. Look elsewhere for a reliable mini PC.
