Still charge even when cancelled .
Used grab a few times in Thailand.. some good experiences but sadly more bad… drivers will cancel all the time and then turn up after you’ve cancelled them still charge you the full amount.. I will not use them again .. book with cab firms and travel agents it’s much safer
