Got wrong dress; won't send the right one
Ordered a dress from them. They sent the wrong one. I've emailed them several times about it but they're giving me the "we're forwarding this to the right department" runaround each time. I'm really frustrated with the lack of customer service! Just send me the right dress! update #1 with order number: #177199
