Sold a "Professional" drone that failed in 5 hours.
Sold a Professional drone. Remote control lasted all of 5 hours. It failed. They refuse to replace the remote. Strongly advise that you steer clear of these terrible engineers and greedy business policies! Updated review after they realized I actually bought the drone new and had barely used the "professional" drone... They didn't provide a simple fix for an engineering defect and they didn't even fix the remote the way that they said they were going to fix it. In the end, they sent an entire different remote control. No further mention of the engineering defect whatsoever. It's basically a worthless product and anyone who buys the product is worthless... even if they could help them.
