Sad to see a good E-Board brand going down hill

I had another review here with 4 stars for the MaxPro2. Quality was decent, price was fair and customer service was fine. However despite the latest models are armed with bells and whistles they come in much lower quality. My best guess is that the battery is one of the most expensive component on their boards so they had to make budget cuts and no longer use high quality Samsung batteries instead use their own branded ones. Which lead to the main issue of this review. My battery died after 1 month of use and also while it was working it had 1/4th capacity of the previous board -MaxPro2. Basically I need to charge the board after every SINGLE TRIP. Before same distance lasted 3 up to 4 times depending on the wind on one charge. Now I can only do 1/4th of the distance. Customer service was helpful and provided a replacement battery and for this reason only I am giving 2 stars instead of 1. The break light on CyberMini died after 2 months, not to mention the unnecessary tacky side lights that you can't turn off separately but I guess that's a matter of taste. Still, the new battery replacement only had 1/4th of capacity as well, and such low quality isn't acceptable especially when comparing to their claimed specs.
