Ordered S26
Ordered S26, delivered with a bad inner tube. Extra cost and wait to get the bike going cause it weighs well over 30kg, it’s not something you just walk to a shop especially not when it has a flat (ruins the outer tire, literally cuts it to shreds). The electric cables makes it so you don’t want to remove the wheel yourself. Is this a ploy to get people to spend an exorbitant amount on spares right off the bat? Duotts and many other, are white label bikes from China, they are shipped from a warehouse in Poland, having never been opened in Europe. All components are untested. If yours work out of the box, congratulations, if it doesn’t, well, doesn’t surprise anyone. Don’t buy Duotts. Edit; rear wheel has been tightened with an impact gun. You can’t remove the wheel from the bike to replace the tube! I’m returning the bike through the vendor you use here that I bought it through.
