Unable to get a response regarding a return I purchased a Sailor padel racket from Mone Padel on 27/08/26 (order MP-1083), which was delivered on 07/09/26. As the item was unused and unopened, I contacted Mone Padel within their stated 14-day return period to request a return, following the instructions in their return policy. Unfortunately, I have received no response to my initial email. I then sent a follow-up, but I still haven’t heard anything. I’m disappointed that I have been unable to get a response regarding a straightforward return request, particularly when I contacted them within the timeframe specified in their own return policy. I hope Mone Padel sees this review and gets in touch so that the return can be resolved.
