Total SCAM... same story as those before me
My story is the same as everyone before me. I purchased a ticket rental last month and saw these reviews after it was purchased. I have an open claim against the company as no one has contacted me about this even after several attempts of contacting the merchant. If you need an onward ticket, I suggest booking one on American Express travel. They have a 24 hour free cancellation period. Update Oct 1: dispute with PayPal resolved in my favor as the company never even answered the claim with them either.
