Total rip off, false advertising
Saw advert in TV so bought this fan advertised as Ultra-quiet and energy-saving cool air conditioner fan with air temperature sensor, 3D Oscillating circulator. But fan was nothing as advertise, No air cooling facility, No Temperature senor, No Oscillation. It’s just a small standard fan can be fought for under £10. As this was nothing like as advertise I requested refund but I was informed that I have to ship the fan back to China with expense from my own pocket, Once the item is received and inspected, then will proceed with the refund. I wish some authority could monitor those false TV & web advertise ripping off public with false advertising.
