Received missing items. Already complaint to CS. Only received copy-and-paste AI generated reply that will be processed in 2 working days. 4 days passed still no reply. Complained again, received ANOTHER copy-and-paste AI generic reply that will be processed soon. One week passed. STILL NO REAL REPLY/REFUND.
