Hassle for cancellation if dates are not available
Booked a Cape cod vacation on website and this was not free but have to call to confirm reservation (wait time more than 25mins) and they make you go thru so much of sales pitch. Then have to call Booking number and there is always no dates available for what you need. Then again sales pitch. And associate will refuse to cancel but its clearly mentioned on there website that they have full refund policy within 7days of booking. I would suggest, as soon as a person is about to book there deal, there should be an option to see availability and then if the person says not sure still allow them to book. This is so much hassle and leaves a bad taste for this website. Have read lots of bad reviews stating this is a scam
