TVC-MALL.THE WORST CHINESE ONLINE SHOP (SCAM)
I have ordered a XIAOMI Redmi NOTE 4 mobile phone before 6 months from TVC-MALL. I delivered the phone without any issue. However the phone has a very abnormal operation from the first time. All the apps randomly crashed, and at least once a day the mobile phone crashed and stacked on MI LOGO. I made all the appropriate procedures with several different ways in order to FLASH the ROM of the phone without any lack. So I thought that it was a hardware issue of the phone and I decided to send it back for service. I informed TVC-MALL for this very strange situation and what I have done until this time. I informed them that maybe it was a hardware issue. They told me to send it back with my expenses. That is what I did. I paid 15€ for the transportation cost and I sent it back to them. In the same time I opened a dispute to PAYPAL in order to be sure for their service. When they delivered the phone they told me that if I want back my phone, I should close the dispute without tell me nothing about the fault of the phone. I really wanted the phone back and not refund for the money. So I closed the dispute on PAYPAL. After that they informed that they sent it to XIAOMI service center and XIAOMI reflash the ROM with a new ROM and the phone was OK!!! I told them to send me the official service note of XIAOMI. They told me that they couldn’t provide me something like that!!!!!! How a XIAOMI product has gone into XIAOMI service center without RMA form. All these were very wizard for me. I wanted to be sure that the phone fix correctly. After a lot of communication in order to guarantee that the phone is OK I never took official XIAOMI note. So they sent the mobile phone back to me. Unfortunately they didn’t declare the phone for customs as a repaired product under warranty. This WRONG process from their side cost me additional 39€ for taxes. When I delivered the phone it crashed and stacked on MI LOGO after the first 15 minutes of usage. After the reboot apps started to crashed like before the service!!!!! I informed them about that and they answered to me that XIAOMI fix it. After that they disappeared. They don’t response in any message. This is not fair. I have paid about 250€ for the phone and transportation costs and I have nothing. This was an Easter present for my wife. They cheat their customers. I am a good customer for them because I have bought about 600€ of goods in 6 months. They don’t respect their customers. They are scam. NEVER BUY FROM THEM.
