Friendly booking system and hassle free in collecting ticket at station.Areas to improve, 1)seating buttons need to improve as it seem loose that need to fix. 2)In house entertainment system, example add movies or documentary as to me it a 5 hours ride. Encountered a lady sitting across me, she talk non stop to her boyfriend throughout the ride to Shanghai. Very noisy and disturb the peace of Business Class guests. Wish there is a way to educate her give consideration to others.
