This company offered me compensation to remove my negative review. I did not take the compensation. But it seems as if they have somehow removed my review anyway. Don’t be fooled by the positive reviews. I had a terrible experience. Dresses came 2 sizes too big and the cost of returning and reduced refund offered made it pointless to return.
Do NOT order from here. I ordered 3 dresses for bridesmaids. 2 that were the same size came completely different. They are huge. Although they say you can return, they will only refund 80% of the price and the shipping is so expensive and complicated that it isn’t worth it. You so do not need this stress and expense. New edit 18 Oct: I will further add that they have now offered me compensation to remove this review. They will pay me £29.75 if I remove it. I think it’s more important that others are saved from having the same poor experience I have.
