This site has resources to help reevaluate the outdated strategy of treating myopia with single vision correction at full prescription that current day optometry is based on. I appreciate the links to peer review journals this site provides. But the science is still not mature, hence the additional sharing from users from sites like this support those of us who want to make changes happen within our lifetime. I work in pharmaceutical science and understand that FDA approved solutions do not happen quickly. Use this site with an open but critical mind and there are nuggets to be gained.
