missing order
I thought I'd buy a controller case for my ps4, purchased it with emails and bank statement proof that the payment went through but still, I'm waiting. not only that I cannot track or issue a complaint directly due to the account in which I purchased the item is not showing the item I ordered, I only bought one thing. May I have some assistance, If so I'd gladly shop again but until then I'll hold off until I either get my item in good condition or my refund
