My 15+ year old Aga skillett pan replaced…
My 15+ year old Aga skillett pan started to delaminate at the base. I sent pictures of it back to Aga and they agreed to replace it FOC.No awkward questions. A new one arrived in the post less than a week later. Thank you to Koreene was the lady at Aga who helped me out. What great customer service from a traditional customer focussed company. Aga cookware is the best. I would be lost without it. All my cookware is Aga and Ive had it all over 15 years. Still as good as new, apart from the skillet!!
