Absoluteley useless
Absoluteley useless! They are supposed to be an alternative route to the courts yet refuse to investigate breach of human rights and the equality act refuse to act when the council has acted grossly and negligently. I had to wait over two years for this pathetic excuse of an investigation. what a farce. do not trust them.
