Hannshow is terrible...Neverbuy from them again…
Ordered a round steering wheel for the model S with airbag horn on Oct 1st 2024 and it took Hansshow 13 months to ship after broken promises over email and chat. Their support team is the worst I've experienced with any retailer. When the steering wheel did finally arrive in Nov 2025, there were no written or video install instructions for this specific wheel and once again support provided no answers and basically stopped replying. STAY AWAY, there are many other better Tesla parts resellers out there. Update: Their Zcoo Customer Service team is arguing over email about a poor review on their website as a verified purchase.
