Received a faulty knock off product …
Received a faulty knock off product from 3fVape, and needless to say the customer service was appalling. Their 'solutions' took over a week to come to me and were of no use/help. After sending them numerous videos of the problem, they then insisted I find out how much return shipping was..... After over 2 weeks I gave up. Avoid this site at all costs. Spend a little more and buy from genuine retailers.
