I had reason to contact the help desk twice (once before buying the eSIMs and once afterward). Both times I was impressed by their patience and clarity of communication. I should add though (which is why I didn't give 5 stars) that their written instructions could be done better, so that I wouldn't have had to contact the help desk at all. As for the functionality of the eSIMs, we will find out in a month's time, when I actually go overseas. Maybe I will be back with more then.
