Returns policy is appalling
Finally had contact in which I was told it wasn't worth me sending the dresses back, offered me £15 each dress, the dress cost after discount between £45-£50 I explained this and then got offered 50% refund rather than 90% this would still leave me out of pocket. Worst thing is I needed another dress in a different size so asked would they exchange that too and settle on 80% refund and now back to NOTHING again. I really wish I hadn't used this company it's so wrong to not allow you to return an item or then not even comply with their own policy return. Why write it if they don't stick too it
