Activation stopped - no help from them
I have purchased an MS Office key from them. The installation and activation were difficult, but I eventually got it working. After three months, there was an issue where the activation expired, despite it being sold as a "lifetime" license. They issued another key that worked, but today the same issue occurred. Office is stating that the environment has changed because I upgraded the SSD, and the activation stopped. This time, they refused to help and ignored me. I have purchased a clear, legal, and working key from a different source. You are unfair; your keys are not suitable for general use and they deactivate or expire every time you update your hardware or your OS. "Keys being affected"—that is very nicely put. Actually, they fail to work and you turn away when asked for customer help. This lifetime key failed two times and you are taking no responsibility. As I have said, you have failed me and I have blocked you. I will no longer require your services. All the best.
