Never arrived even with shipping guarantee they won't refund
Highly discourage anyone buying from them. I ordered in November and they are still not here. Shipping has been saying out for delivery for days and still nothing. Customer service has been so useless the whole time and they were Christmas sweaters that are not useful at this point. Like absolutely ridiculous to take this long and not even have anything. After being asked to cancel my order two days before Christmas they finally send a shipping label and offer 10% off. I paid for the shipping guarantee which offers me 100% back and they say they can't refund me.
