Extremely Poor Customer Service & Unfair Policies
I placed an order for a grinder but accidentally selected the wrong colour. I immediately placed a second order in the correct colour and emailed the company asking to cancel the first one before anything had shipped. Instead of a simple cancellation, I was told that they operate a no refund / no cancellation policy. They then offered only three “options”: - Change the order variation - Accept a refund minus $80 shipping and 5% fees (even though nothing had been dispatched) - Proceed with the unwanted order The tone of the emails was extremely blunt and unhelpful. I’ve never encountered such an inflexible and dismissive approach from a retailer. Buyers should be aware that if you make a genuine mistake, this company will not work with you fairly — they will hide behind their “policies” and attempt to deduct large sums for orders that haven’t even shipped. I cannot recommend this company and urge others to exercise caution before purchasing.
