It started w, 30% off on front page I never got w/ my order, would have saved me like $10+ so it probably conveniently doesn't work (I ordered less because of it, got an email after inquiry saying you had to be signed up in advance and have all 3 spam marketing methods signed up even tho i wasn't told this at the time) On purchase it said I'd get 10% off of next order, guess it doesn't even want to give that.. Received an email offering $190 worth of gift cards for doing a survey, the first was $35 gift to start the survey: I started it and it then decided I wasn't elligible (after doing it) and did not even send the promised $35 card. The site is broken, (not only due to not giving said discounts). I went to check if I could get either discount (as If I had missed something). Created a new purchase and in the offers section it has the $.99 trial add-ons, added some watermelon item and it charged $5.99 instead. So.. remove in cart? hah that doesn't work, tried press [-] or changing value to 0 and hitting enter: neither works! Did I get either discount? if I just went to purchase? No! of course not.. tried various methods to ensure I was logged in etc (broken system there too). It's all half bs scam for marketing purposes, you don't get these things. They obviously only care about selling more nicotine to addicts for $$. You would think good business would = return customers, they seem to not care about this: they are clearly big enough to not care. Last but no least, they keep on sending emails several times per week, for ad purposes as well as to rate them.. endlessly! It's ridiculous that UNSUBSCRIBE is available, yet ignored. Pressing the rate button isn't enough either, they want a survey (and we know from last survey it's not desirable). I finally sent one, they'll likely delete it as it wasn't positive, seem like just the type of store to only keep positive and a few mid-tier (with polite responses). This site is a joke, will only purchase if it's cheaper than other sites / not able to recommend it to anyone due to feeling cheated and endless spam. Will find another site to get pouches in the meantime.
