Really disappointed - Zero aftersale care and leak of replies
I had a bet with my colleagues, claiming that the EGPU would perform much better than the well-known, expensive brands. They argued that it's rare for a Chinese company to produce something decent, which is why our company doesn't buy computer components directly from Chinese manufacturers. I was determined to prove them wrong, especially since all these brands share the same graphics card and similar specs—so the EGPU should perform just as well, if not better. So, I got the EGPU, plugged it in, but it didn't work. I went to the website, downloaded the driver, and tried installing it. It worked on the first day, so I thought I was in the clear—wrong. The next day, when I plugged it in, it was like the driver didn’t save. I spent 14 hours trying to get it working again, but no luck. I emailed support with pictures and a video, hoping maybe I was doing something wrong (though I doubt it), but it's been days with zero response. I ended up having to open a PayPal dispute to get my money back. Their after-sales service is awful. It seems like their products on Amazon are properly tested, but the ones on their website are not, which is likely why they’re a few hundred pounds cheaper.
