DONT SELL YOUR PHONE TO THIS COMPANY - TERRIBLE SERVICE, QUOTE A PRICE FOR YOUR OLD PHONE THEN DRASTICALLY DIFFERENT TO WHAT THEY WILL PAY, TERRIBLE AT REPLYING TO MESSAGES, WAITED OVER 3 WEEKS TO RECEIVE PAYOUT FOR MY HANDSET. WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN. Regards to alpha smartphones review response - I tried to resolve this issue at the time but without success. This is putting it mildly so what you anticipate to resolve now; only after my review of your company been a true reflection of the terrible service is beyond me. My review of very poor service on every level still stands.
