Is this the kind of Online experience in 2020?
I love their shoes, very comfy, and the shopping experience in SHOPs are good, staff are nice and clear about the products they are selling. Just not the Online part, nobody bother replying you anything, emails/messengers, Nothing. so dun expect to get any reply or assistance for your online orders.
