Decent product with some good features and a good alternative to Microsoft Office etc Only issue I have is Customer support, or lack there of. I have a problem with the software freezing on one of my computers and when it freezes it causes the whole computer to crash and takes forever to restart after. I have went onto their website for support and they only offer an email address as a form of contact. I sent multiple emails but got no reply. I use an SMTP relay and noticed that there were emails that were failing to send and it turned out to be the email sent to WPS Office. I then tried sending from a different email address and it was the same It appears that their support email is not active... ------------------------------------------------------------ Their response to this review highlights their shocking customer service. Only 2 years late!.. I moved away from WPS Office a long time ago
