These people are a complete waste of time. I wanted to report a fault, spent an hour sending videos and photos, going round in circles.. he said he would forward all the info to the warranty department... and 3 days later i found out that he didnt bother. Then spoke to some one else and said it was fustrating that he didnt bother sending the info, and they hung up on me. Comple @ssholes. AVOID. Reply to Geekvape: I have contacted you 3 times via your live chat and the result each time was the same. You hung up and close the chat window. Your response to this review is not genuine and looking at other reviews you just copy and paste the same response to everyone. It's the most appalling customer service I have ever encountered, rude, frustrating and made me feel like you just didn't care at all.
