Extremely Disappointed with Pitaka Case Quality and Support
I originally rated Pitaka 1★ due to the disappointing product quality — my case deformed after 6 months of light office use, and even the replacement arrived with a non-functional NFC button. However, I have now updated my rating to 3★, solely because of the customer service. Alvin, from Pitaka support, was consistently polite, attentive, and solution-oriented. The support experience was surprisingly better than expected — unfortunately, the product quality did not match the level of the customer service. After two consecutive issues with two different cases, I chose to accept a partial refund (option 2) to simply cut my losses — although it still feels like a loss. I was genuinely enthusiastic when I bought the case, but in the end I was left with a strong sense of buyer’s regret. Credit where it’s due: customer support was excellent. But for me, the product itself did not meet the expectations of durability, reliability, or premium positioning.
