Very disappointing customer service.
Very disappointing customer service. NextPCB said they would cover the cost of import duty, but they didn’t. In the end, after 18 days of chasing I was told “order will be destroyed by Chinese Customs”. So, no boards and I am $41.00 out of pocket. I placed the same order with JLCPCB, received the PCB’s 16 days later, total cost with shipping $4.34. I shall not be using NextPCB again.
