My experience with PaperTrue was excellent. First, Alan on Costumer Support, helped me answering some technical questions on the website chat. This was on a Friday night by the way. Submitting the job was pretty straight forward and quick. The price was great and I even got a "first time" discount. Ok, the best part: I got my short story back less than 12 hours later, on Saturday. Scarlett, my editor was really insightful and helpful. The proofread was precise and thorough and the suggestion regarding the structure, pacing, coherence were the most important for me and 100% useful. I'll be back with my next short story soon.
