Scammers.I lost 800$.
It was 5-6 years of good experience,but the last months they are totally scammers.Ι get tired with this case...Hundreds of emails the last months with no result.That's what happened: For customs reasons i've got to reject the parcels (to be returned to Dutyfreedepot) and get refund.That was our agreement. I asked my post office for the package to be returned to sender and they answered me this: 'In order for a postal item to be returned to its sender, it is necessary to make an express statement that he accepts to receive it. This is certified either by a relevant indication placed in advance on the postal item's Cover Letter or by subsequent receipt (Form CN17) via the postal service of the country of origin'' The issue with Dutyfreedepot is that they refused to send this form.As a result i can't reject the parcels and return them to get refund.I lost 800$...Liars,thiefs and scammers.
