The agent was knowledgeable and very respectful. My Dog passed and you guys graciously sent me a condolence card and gift. Unfortunately the name on the card and gift was in my grandpuppy's name who is very much alive. The agent corrected my account to show that Mocha passed and made sure Blu's account remained active.
