Too hard to adjust
Purchased 2 metal watchbands for my Lily 2. Product arrived quickly and is very attractive. However...removing the pins to take out the links was nearly impossible. I contacted the company and they did respond promptly. But their suggestion of just using a pin or thumbtack to push the pins out was impossible. I even had to purchase a special tool and promptly broke 3 of the 4 pins on the tool because the pins in the bands were so tight. Once I finally got the band adjusted, it is very nice but the aggravation was hardly worth it. I did not even bother with the second band.
