Horrible experience trying to return shoes.
So far my customer service experience is pretty horrible. I ordered two pairs of shoes which took over a month to arrive. I was not happy with the fit and immediately contacted the company about returning the shoes. They replied that I should keep the shoes and try to sell them myself and they would give me discount coupons for new shoes. That is not acceptable in any way, shape or form. I'm on my fourth day of this journey .
