A very bad shopping experience.
This is my first time on this site, shopping. What a terrible shopping experience. I cancel the order immediately after the order was placed. I called the customer service. and wrote an e-mail . Reconfirm with customer service help me cancel this order. But the older still show that cannot be cancelled. The goods are still being arranged! Because it's an international order. It would be very troublesome to receive the goods back if they were returned. Efficiency is still very low.
