Exceptional Customer Service Experience
I purchased my Yoga bed a few years ago and started experiencing some problems. I reached out to customer service and they immediately responded. Becky was my customer service agent who was exceptional! She provided a solution to my issue and was not only timely in her responses, but has kept me up to date throughout the process. This was the best customer service I have EVER received!
