Returned product was "stolen"
Returned a product via Insta360's shipping partner. They now say the package was empty when it arrived. They don't want to file with the police, show who signed for the package and share the shipping log. I've contacted the local police and they tell me this is common practice and an easy way to keep both the product and your money. The service is horrible and they dodge every question to get more info other than a made op name of an employee. Beware, scammers!
